First Responders Race Night at the Races
August 22, 2023 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
The Invisible Wounds Project serves Minnesota’s military, police, fire, EMS, frontline medical staff, corrections, dispatch and their families related to mental health, PTSD and suicide. Come out to this Night at the Races event where we’ll enjoy horse racing, fun, games, and more in support of the organization.
Gates and fun starts at 6pm
First Race is at 7pm
Tickets and Fundraising:
$500 Name A Race: You can sponsor 1 of 8 races to honor or remember someone by naming the race after them. As a race sponsor, you will also receive 10 race packets, name announcement/recognition in the official race program, as well as other publicity on social media/website, etc. You will also be invited to the winner circle for a photo with the horsey and jockey after your race.
$20 Adult Race Packet:
Each packet contains a $10 gaming voucher, $5 food voucher, $2 race wager, 1 free drink, a free race program, trout pond pole rental, deck of cards, an IWP sticker and an IWP wrist band. The first 100 packet purchasers receive a free collapsable water bottle.
$10 Kids Race Packet:
$5 food voucher, horse pop-it, trout pond pole rental, deck of cards, tattoos, coloring book and IWP wrist band.
Additional fun: Face painting, sulky rides, kids coloring contest, games & more!
